The main difference is that the LED power supply is a constant current source, and the general switching power supply is a constant voltage source.  
LED power characteristics:  
1. The request must be flowing.  
2. Low temperature and low heat and long life.  
3. Small volume.  
4. Waterproof, anti -corrosion and anti -static.  
5. High -frequency pollution.  
Ordinary power supply and low -quality LED power supply high -frequency pollution is serious. Even if the output DC is increasing and large -capacitive filtering, the waveform is very complicated. Poor power supply may not be bad, but LED's life and light failure are greatly reduced. The design difficulties of the LED switching power supply are volume and price.
